What’s Included in a Ford Scheduled Service?*
Ford Video Check**
A free visual report showing an expert’s eye view of your vehicle is sent straight to your phone. You’ll also receive an electronic report detailing 30 different elements of your vehicle’s health, in addition to a competitive estimate for work that is recommended by our Ford-trained technicians.
Specialist Systems and Diagnostic Equipment
Our state-of-the-art equipment ensures quick and accurate fault diagnosis and we access Ford systems to identify outstanding Field Service Actions required to improve your vehicle’s performance.
Oil and Filter Change
Your vehicle’s oil and oil filter will be changed and replaced annually with every Scheduled Service ad your intelligent Oil, Life Monitor will be reset (where applicable). For more information, please click here.
Air Filter Check
The condition of your vehicle’s air filter will be checked during its scheduled service, to ensure it’s not blocked.
Fluid Level Check and Top-Up****
Our technicians will check your essential fluids are checked and topped up if necessary, including engine oil (maximum 1L), coolant (maximum 0.5L) and screen wash (maximum 0.5L).
Digital Service Record
When your vehicle is serviced in line with our recommendations, the details are recorded in the Ford Digital Service Record system.
We use a transparent and competitive price quotation and menu pricing system, in addition to offering special offers on servicing and repairs.
Service Activated Roadside Assistance***
Roadside Assistance is activated automatically at every routine service, with extended coverage valid from the date of service for 12 months or until the next service is due.
Emergency Service offers quick breakdown recovery and important peace of mind and is available on every Ford vehicle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year wherever you are in Europe.

****Fluid levels will be topped-up to the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended levels and are limited to half a litre of coolant, half a litre of screen wash and 1 litre of engine oil. Additional quantities of fluid will be charged accordingly with your consent. Should a fault be identified as the reason for a fluid top-up being required then further investigation would be necessary and therefore fluid top-up will not be included.
