Workshop Controller

We have a vacancy for the key role of Workshop Controller in our busy Ford and KGM aftersales department.

The successful candidate will have at least one year’s experience in a Workshop Controller role along with proven leadership skills.

The ability to run a productive and professional workshop to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of work facilities and the efficient sale of labour hours is essential.

This position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Allocating work to Workshop Technicians
  • Efficient workshop loading
  • Completing associated administrative tasks to the highest standards
  • Supervising and supporting the team of Workshop Technicians
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations

A technical understanding of passenger cars would be ideal, along with experience of working with the Pinnacle DMS.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering the highest standards of customer service in a professional and confident manner.

Workshop Technician

We have a vacancy for the role of Workshop Technician to join the team in our busy workshop. At least one year’s experience in vehicle diagnosis and repairs and the confidence to work under minimum supervision to the highest standards is essential.

The successful candidate will be organised, efficient and a committed team player, with the ability to work effectively to deadlines in a busy environment. In return, we offer manufacturer-specific training in a friendly and professional working environment with competitive rates of pay including pension and bonus scheme.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm and every other Saturday 8am – 1pm.
