• Service Advisor (Maternity Cover)

    We have a vacancy for a Service Advisor to work in our busy Ford, Fiat and SsangYong Service Reception on a Maternity Cover contract.

    This important role involves liaising with customers over the phone and in person to book in cars for servicing and maintenance and discuss repairs that have been identified in our workshop.

    Full training will be given to the successful candidate during a handover with the current Service Advisor.

    At least one year’s experience working within an administration role is desirable, along with the ability to work in an efficient, timely manner with a high level of attention to detail in a busy environment.

    The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in Microsoft and in-house computer packages, ideally Pinnacle. The ability to work in a high-pressure environment in a customer-facing role and deliver the highest standards of customer care in a professional and confident manner is essential.

    The role does include working on Saturday mornings on a rota.

    A new position has been created for the role of New and Used Car Sales Executive working in our new franchise opportunity.

    The ideal candidate must have some sales background and previous motor industry would be an advantage. 

    The successful candidate will be organised, efficient and a committed team player, with the ability to work effectively to deadlines in a busy environment.
