Thank you for your patience and cooperation whilst we have been adhering to the Government guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, staff and partners, which has been most appreciated.

At the start of this unprecedented crisis we promised that we'd keep you updated as the situation evolves and inform you of our plans to re-open when we are able to do so safely and in adherence with Government guidance.

We take our responsibility to protect our customers, colleagues and partners very seriously, and while we have been closed we have been addressing the changes and adaptations that are required to offer the highest health and safety standards and ensure that our business is Covid-19 Safe. 

We are now very pleased to confirm that our Service and Sales Departments are now open with a reduced team for appointments only, on the following basis in order to enable us to keep our customers and our team safe:

- We are currently contacting customers whose vehicle’s service, MOT or repair was cancelled as a result of our temporary closure, customers who have contacted us since we closed and customers whose vehicle’s service and/or MOT is now due.

- We are taking service, MOT and repair bookings via email only – please email our Aftersales Manager, Richard Tucker, to book your vehicle in to our workshop at [email protected]

- We are opening our workshop on a reduced staff basis, with two technicians, therefore we ask that you please bear with us while we work hard to book vehicles in.

- We are opening our Sales Department on a reduced staff basis, on an Appointment Only basis therefore we ask that you please bear with us while we work hard to respond to your enquiries as quickly as we can.

- We are taking enquiries on new cars and pre-owned vehicles via phone call and email only – please contact our Sales Team on 01454 338991 or email [email protected].

- Please do not turn up at the dealership without an appointment. 


In order to meet the new Covid-19 Safe standards we have in place, we have made the following changes to the way that we are operating:

Our Service Department is open from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday on an Appointment Only basis for both drop-off and collection of your vehicle. We must stress that we can only work on an appointment basis, so please don’t turn up, whether it be for booking, to discuss a problem or to collect a car, without an appointment. To book a service, please call us on 01454 338998.

Our Sales Department is open from 8am until 5pm Monday to Saturday on an Appointment Only basis. Please contact us via email at [email protected] or call us on 01454 338991. Again, we must stress that we can only work on an appointment basis, so please don’t turn up to view either new or pre-owned cars without an appointment. 

• Our Parts Department remains closed to retail customers until further notice. 

• We are currently unable to offer Courtesy Cars, Collection and Delivery or a Complimentary Wash for your vehicle while we are operating with a reduced team, as we are prioritising meeting our new Covid-19 Safe Standards and sanitising your vehicle prior to it being returned to you. 

• Our Waiting Area is not open, in order to meet our new standards. 

• We'll be operating on a reduced staff basis until we reach the levels of bookings we were at prior to Covid-19.

Safety remains our utmost priority, therefore you will see several changes in our dealership as a result of the new measures that we have put in place in order to ensure that we are Covid-19 Safe, which we have outlined below.

 

                 


Our New Company Procedures 

Vehicle Drop-Off and Collection Procedure

Below is our new company Vehicle Drop-Off and Collection procedure, which I hope helps demonstrate how seriously the team takes this and assures you that we have done everything we can to keep everyone safe while your vehicle is in our care.

What we’re doing to keep everyone safe and how you can help us

• Please park as normal in our customer car park. 

• At the entrance to our dealership you will see a Hand Sanitiser, Disposable Gloves & Masks and a clear plastic bag to put your keys in.

• Please make use of all these items and ensure that you clean your hands with the products provided.

• On approaching our Service Reception, please stand in the designated area that is marked on the floor in order to maintain a social distance of 2m.

• We will only allow one customer into the Service Reception at any one time, so if you see a customer inside, please wait at the door until either a member of staff asks you in or a customer leaves the dealership. If others are already waiting, there is a designated queue area with 2m spacing marked. 

• Our counters are now fully equipped with Perspex protective screens to protect you and our staff.

• There is a one-way system in place for entry and exit. 

I politely ask that you follow these new Covid-19 Safe guidelines when visiting us and are patient and allow extra time when dropping off and collecting your vehicle, as we will be carefully adhering to these new procedures as the safety of our customers, our colleagues and our partners is our main priority.

All our team are fully aware of these new guidelines and are carefully following health and safety procedures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained, throughout every area of our business.

New and Pre-Owned Car Sales – ‘Reserve It Now’ and ‘Click & Collect’ Now Available on our Website.

If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, we are very pleased to offer ‘Reserve It Now’ and 'Click & Collect' on our website on selected new cars we have in stock and pre-owned vehicles and can complete these sales as a contactless handover at our dealership. We can provide a Virtual Walkround of vehicles you may be interested in, Document eSigning and Contactless Handovers and all vehicles are fully sanitised using specialist equipment prior to handover.

We are also pleased to offer a ‘Ring and Reserve’ service for those customers who would prefer to call us and place a small deposit to reserve a new or pre-owned vehicle.
