Following the Government’s announcement, we have temporarily closed our car showroom with immediate effect, until further notice.
Customers with Vehicles Booked in for a Service or MOT This Week
If you have a vehicle booked in for a service or MOT up to and including Friday (27th March 2020), please bring your vehicle in as arranged as we will be completing this work.
Customers with Vehicles Booked in for a Service or MOT from Saturday 28th March 2020
If you have a vehicle booked in for a service or MOT on or after Saturday 28th March 2020, please do not turn up with your vehicle, as we will be unable to carry out any procedures after close of business on Friday 27th March 2020. We will be in touch to reschedule, as soon as we are in a position to do so.
Customers with Vehicles Currently in our Workshop for a Service, MOT or Repair
If your vehicle is currently in our workshop, please be assured that we are working towards completing the work on your vehicle by the end of this week and a member of our Aftersales team will be in touch to confirm the date and time that your vehicle will be ready for collection, which we will hand over in a manner that stringently follows health and safety procedures.
Customers with a New Vehicle to Collect
We can confirm that we are currently working to hand over new cars that are due for delivery this week, but ask that you do not visit our showroom. A member of our Sales team will be in touch to confirm the date and time that your new vehicle will be available for you to collect from us, which will be handed over in a manner that stringently follows health and safety procedures.
New and Used Car Sales – Please Contact Us Via Email, Phone or Website
We take our responsibility to protect our customers, colleagues and partners very seriously, therefore our sales team are no longer permitted to work at our dealership, and instead are working from home and available over email and through our website to answer any enquiries you have regarding new or used cars.
We are mindful that there may be key workers who have vehicles currently in our workshop or are waiting for delivery of new vehicles and are prioritising these vehicles.
While we work to finish servicing and repairing vehicles that are already in our workshop and that are due to be handed over this week, we have put additional processes in place to protect our staff and our customers who visit our dealership.
We want to assure you that we put the health and wellbeing of our customers, our team and our partners first, and your health and safety has our complete attention.
If you visit our dealership to collect your vehicle, please follow the advice from staff and they will guide you through the procedures that have been put into place.
All our team are fully aware of the current conditions and are carefully following health and safety procedures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained, throughout every area of our business.
We are actively monitoring updates from UK Government and will continue to follow Government advice and will update this statement on all media platforms as changes occur.
These are unprecedented events and we are aware that many of our valued customers may have questions for us, which we will endeavour to answer as promptly as possible, but please do bear with us.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
We hope that you, your family and your friends stay safe and well.
